📋 Description
• Software development of scalable backend services in Golang. • Architect and optimize React-based dashboards. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design. • Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements. • Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams. • Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team.
🎯 Requirements
• 4–10 years of experience in software development • Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js • Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD • Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred • Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration
