📋 Description
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with engineering standards and support business needs • Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises environments • Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployment and release workflows • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and associated DevOps tools • Automate operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and other scripting tools • Implement and enforce security best practices, including RBAC, vulnerability management, and compliance controls • Support daily operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of platform issues to ensure high availability and reliability • Produce and maintain up-to-date documentation, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent certifications (including Red Hat OpenShift) • Proven hands-on experience deploying, operating, and maintaining OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in enterprise or on-premise environments • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab CI and/or Jenkins • Solid background in Linux system administration, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Practical experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible or similar tools • Scripting skills using Bash and/or Python for automation and operational tasks • Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux • Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written) • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science is a plus
