📋 Description

• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) that power Cashalo's lending products • Design and optimise SQL Server data models and queries to support reliable, performant application behaviour • Take ownership of features end-to-end — from requirements through to deployment — working closely with product and business stakeholders • Contribute to platform reliability, observability, and deployment practices on Azure • Collaborate with engineers across the Tilt group (US and India) to align on architecture and engineering best practices • Help uplift the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and a high bar for quality

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in .NET (C#) building production-grade backend systems • Strong experience with SQL Server — relational data modelling, query optimisation, and schema management • Working knowledge of Azure cloud services (e.g. App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage) • Strong fundamentals in designing and consuming REST APIs • A product engineer mindset — you care about solving real user and business problems, not just writing clean code • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, lean team where ownership and initiative are valued • Experience in fintech or lending is a plus
