📋 Description

• Lead Professional Services engagements and deliver projects against defined Statements of Work (SOW) • Own timelines, communications, and change management from kickoff through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project closure • Identify and unblock technical blockers for customers and engineers • Compile tailored progress reports communicating insights and risks to internal and external stakeholders • Lead proactive, prescriptive onboarding for enterprise customers with Customer Success Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers • Support customer migration and expansion of platform use cases • Audit account health and develop measurable success plans with Customer Success Managers • Align diverse stakeholders with conflicting priorities toward common goals • Help refine team structure, processes, and performance metrics • Drive internal projects including product feature betas, data initiatives, and large-scale migrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-tiered projects involving internal and external stakeholders • Proven track record supporting customers through technical implementations, complex migrations, or software onboarding • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or another project management certification preferred • Experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Operations highly preferred • Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar platforms such as Monday.com or Asana • Experience using Salesforce and data tools such as Looker or Omni to track progress • Proficiency using AI tools to streamline project creation, improve communication clarity, and accelerate delivery quality • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and project risk mitigation • High standard of excellence in project delivery and focus on reliable outcomes • Ability to tailor communication frequency, tone, and content for different audiences • Ability to understand granular technical details while aligning tasks with broader business strategy • Ability to connect teams and initiatives across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering
