📋 Description

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with SLAs • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI/CO, MM, SuccessFactors) • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout projects • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP HCM experience in AMS/support • Expertise in at least two HCM components (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) • Familiarity with integration topics (FI/CO, SuccessFactors) is an advantage • Fluent German is a big advantage • Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset • Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus
