📋 Description
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM modules (procurement, inventory, material master, logistics). • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs. • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-module teams (SD, FI/CO, PP, QM) to ensure end-to-end integration. • Support system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP MM, preferably in an AMS or support environment. • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes. • Fluent German (C1 level) and good communication skills in English. • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus. • Experience with S/4HANA is beneficial. • Service-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
