📋 Description

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP PP (Material Requirement Planning, Production Orders, Bill of Materials, Routing, and Capacity Planning) • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with SLAs • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO) • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout projects • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP PP experience in AMS/support • Expertise in at least two PP components (MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Capacity Planning) • Familiarity with integration topics (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO) is an advantage • Fluent German is a big plus • Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset • Knowledge of S/4HANA PP is a plus
