📋 Description

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP PS (Project Structuring, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Controlling) • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with SLAs • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD) • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout projects • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP PS experience in AMS/support • Expertise in at least two PS components (Project Structuring, Work Breakdown Structure, Network & Activities, Project Budgeting & Costs) • Familiarity with integration topics (FI/CO, MM, PM) is an advantage • Fluent German is a big plus • Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset • Knowledge of S/4HANA PS is a plus
