📋 Description

• Own client communication and commercial processes from first request to final booking • Serve as the main point of contact for Bulgarian and international clients • Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers • Coordinate with internal operations and research teams • Build long-term client relationships and ensure recurring business • Identify upsell and account-growth opportunities • Maintain accurate client data and opportunities in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English • Organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once • Background in research, marketing, business, or similar • Ability to learn fast on the job • Suitable for a recent graduate or junior professional • Client communication and commercial process capabilities • CRM proficiency or ability to keep client data and opportunities up to date
