TJM Labs is a healthcare technology company that builds AI-powered automation for pharmacy operations. Their products (TJM Bot, TJM Retail Bot, VoiceAI, Provider Portal, Pharmesol) automate prescription intake, data entry, refill management, benefit investigation, patient communication and other repetitive pharmacy tasks for compounding, specialty, long-term care, retail/independent and Canadian pharmacies. Built by pharmacists and engineers, their HIPAA-compliant bots integrate with existing pharmacy management systems (no API or system replacement required) and are marketed as an embedded, supported automation platform that reduces errors, saves payroll costs, and scales pharmacy operations without adding headcount. The company highlights customer metrics (450+ pharmacies live, 500K+ tasks automated daily) and positions itself as a B2B SaaS provider of AI automation for pharmacy workflows.

📋 Description

• Own product features and new products from idea to shipped, setting roadmaps and prioritizing what to build next. • Code dashboards, internal tools, and automations, including AI-assisted building with Claude. • Convert client needs and internal pain points into solutions by writing specifications and acceptance criteria, prototyping, shipping, and refining. • Work day-to-day with engineering in an Agile cycle and maintain a focused, progressing backlog. • Conceive new products and features. • Run feedback loops with clients and internal teams, using data and product metrics to validate results. • Own product areas end to end from prioritization through launch and iteration. • Support development of internal tools, automations, and software products; troubleshoot issues and contribute to product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• A software engineering background — you can actually code and build, not just write specs and hand them off. • 2–4 years in product management, engineering, or a closely related role, having shipped software end to end. • Proficiency with AI and LLMs — comfortable building with Claude and using AI tools as a core part of your workflow. • Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience: backlog ownership, prioritization, and writing clear specs and acceptance criteria. • Data literacy — comfortable querying and analyzing data (e.g. SQL) to size problems, run experiments, and measure impact. • Solid understanding of REST APIs, software architecture, and how modern products fit together. • Product sense — able to prioritize, weigh user needs against effort, and decide what's worth building. • Fluent in written and verbal English, comfortable working across clients, engineering, and internal teams. • Experience building internal tools, dashboards, automations, or data products. • Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated, workflow-heavy domain. • Familiarity with product and analytics tooling (Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics). • Experience taking products from zero to one, not only iterating on established ones.

🏖️ Benefits

• Fully remote work environment. • Competitive compensation. • Meaningful projects with direct business impact. • High ownership and autonomy. • Opportunity to work with AI-driven technologies and modern development tools. • A collaborative team focused on solving real problems for healthcare customers.
