• Assisting with the organization and execution of events and company functions • Internal HR support • Supporting topics such as personnel development, employment law, and occupational health and safety • Conducting research and conference registrations • Coordinating external service providers and suppliers • Supporting other operational and administrative day-to-day tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Strong academic performance • Some experience in event organization • Flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills • Available for at least eight hours per week • Team player / ability to work in a team
