📋 Description

• Strategically manage large or complex customer accounts, with a focus on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and, where applicable, DSP • Develop and implement cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs such as TACoS, ROAS, revenue and brand awareness • Independently manage budgets and forecasts, including seasonal performance management • Create and present quarterly or annual strategies, roadmaps, performance forecasts and recommendations for action • Provide subject-matter guidance and coaching to Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers • Contribute to internal processes, quality standards and scaling strategies • Collaborate with team leads, executive management and departments such as Content, Creative and Project Management • Identify new levers, formats and tests for continuous performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD and, where applicable, DSP) • In-depth understanding of funnel development, segmentation, bidding strategies and attribution models • Proficiency with bulk files, Brand Metrics, Search Term Reports, placements and portfolios • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive clear recommendations for action from data • Experience in strategic client management, including presenting results and performance analyses • Structured, proactive and independent approach to work • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and providing subject-matter coaching to team members • Fluent German (C2) • Good English (B2+)
