📋 Description

• Independent planning, organization and execution of sales and training activities across the region to introduce and sell our innovative augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) solutions in line with Tobii Dynavox’s business strategy • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with professionals such as referrers, prescribers, decision-makers and key influencers — both in person and digitally • Work closely with our partners, including conducting sales activities and providing training to sales teams and technical support departments on our AAC solutions • Increase awareness and knowledge of our AAC solutions among end-user communities, clinicians and partners • Identify and develop new partners in new market segments • Initiate and participate in workshops, webinars, conferences and exhibitions • Occasionally provide consultations and demonstrations of Tobii Dynavox AAC solutions to end users

🎯 Requirements

• Professional background in speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, pedagogy or a related field (required) • Experience and knowledge of AAC and AAC solutions (required) • Experience in sales and in successfully consulting on complex technical solutions, preferably in healthcare, medtech or education • Experience delivering training or consultations on technical AAC assistive devices (a plus) • Enjoy planning, organizing and completing your daily work independently • Strong organizational skills and solid technical competence • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels of an organization • Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations and talks • Fluent German, written and spoken • English skills at a minimum B2 level • Residence in Austria, preferably in or near the Vienna metropolitan area, or willingness to relocate (easy access to an airport)
