📋 Description

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities • Utilize AWS technologies for test environment setup, monitoring, and reporting • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools • Identify and document bugs and software defects during testing • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing after bugs are resolved • Track issues and work with the development team to verify fixes • Collaborate with customer support teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues • Leverage AWS monitoring tools for proactive issue detection • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies • Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the growth and development of the QA team • Report to the Lead QA Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 - 7 years of work experience in software quality assurance, preferably in CcaaS, CPaaS, or Voice related domains • Good experience with QA methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall or others • Knowledge in writing SQL queries and / or other scripting languages • Experience in manual testing and proficiency in industry leading test automation tools such as Selenium, Junit, Test NG or others • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch or others preferred • Familiarity with AWS services for testing, such as AWS Device Farm or AWS CodeBuild or others preferred • Solid understanding of web technologies and APIs • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication abilities in English • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest QA trends and technologies • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related subject
