📋 Description

• Install, commission, maintain, optimize, and repair sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases • Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field • Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer experiences through communication and support • Optimize sorting systems and processes through sampling and testing • Identify opportunities to add value through complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services • Liaise between customers and Headquarters • Gather and provide market feedback to improve customer service and identify new opportunities • Complete customer service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training at BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or similar; OR relevant experience in on-site preventive and curative maintenance supporting industry customers as a maintenance technician/specialist or service engineer • Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time in France, with occasional international travel • Valid car license • Solid technical foundation, particularly in electricity, including reading electrical diagrams and plans and API/PLC electrical automation • Comfort with computer programs and PC configuration • Fluency in French and English • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal and external associates, and management • Up-to-date CV in English
