📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise, support, and advice to customers • Represent TOMRA at customer sites and contribute to service quality • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites • Prepare customer visits from your home office • Write service and intervention reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when required • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally provide support in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year technical degree (Bac+2 or equivalent) in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and network configuration • Experience in field service, on-site customer maintenance, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage • Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills • A valid Category B driving licence is essential
