📋 Description

• Track and analyze user feedback across App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and other platforms • Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective responses to public reviews • Work with internal teams to identify feedback patterns and initiate product or communication improvements • Coordinate external vendors or partners when needed • Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks • Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and public brand perception • Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines • Shape reputation-management processes, strategies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data • Familiarity with online review ecosystems, including App Store, Google Play, and Trustpilot • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently • High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image • English: intermediate or higher
