📋 Description

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads. • Work with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks. • Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies. • Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live. • Collaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is aligned with the configured tenant settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Workday Payroll Certification (Required) • 1+ years experience working with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required) • Practical experience handling data loads for Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required) • Solid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs. (Required) • Fluent in English (Required) • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
