📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the Bitrix CRM, ensuring that workflows, automations, and processes function correctly • Develop and implement automations in the CRM and other systems, reducing manual tasks and rework • Ensure the integrity and organization of information across systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.) • Identify failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve operational and system processes • Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards (BI), ensuring leadership has visibility into key performance indicators • Define and monitor operational, commercial, and performance metrics • Support leadership in data analysis and decision-making based on structured information • Provide technical support to teams, resolving issues related to systems, access, and tools • Assist in resolving technology-related issues that affect customers • Manage user access (creation, modification, and deletion) across company systems, email accounts, and tools • Ensure the proper use of systems and adherence to defined processes • Train employees on the use of tools, systems, and processes • Research, test, and implement new technologies and tools, including AI, to improve efficiency • Structure and organize system-related requests and improvements in collaboration with different departments

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience managing and automating Bitrix CRM • Experience with integrations and process automation (APIs, webhooks, or tools such as Make/Zapier) • Experience structuring, processing, and validating data • Experience creating reports and dashboards (BI / advanced Excel) • Experience administering systems and managing access (users, permissions, and email accounts) • Experience providing technical support and resolving operational issues • Ability to map processes and implement technology-driven improvements • Experience evaluating and implementing new tools, including AI
