📋 Description

• Analyze customer processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation • Develop AI solutions, roadmaps, and solution designs • Evaluate Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics • Create business cases, ROI calculations, and pricing models • Present solutions and advise customers and decision-makers • Develop blueprints and best practices • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations • Support customers on their journey toward an AI-enabled customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field • 3–5 years of professional experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management • Experience working with customers and decision-makers • Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation • Experience with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics is a plus • Experience with business cases, ROI analysis, and solution design • Knowledge of the customer service/contact center environment is an advantage • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Confident manner, with an analytical and structured approach to work • High degree of initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
