📋 Description

• Develop and continuously optimize a company-wide S/4HANA delivery and project methodology for the consulting business • Manage global standardization initiatives and implement governance, quality, and quality-gate concepts • Build and further develop standardized templates, methods, project accelerators, and a central knowledge management system containing best practices and lessons learned • Define and establish reporting, risk, and escalation processes to sustainably manage the project portfolio • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-supported solutions to automate, standardize, and increase the efficiency of project and consulting processes • Conduct project health checks and quality reviews and derive and implement measures for continuous improvement of delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in PMO, project management, IT consulting, or a comparable project environment • Experience in developing, introducing, or further developing governance, delivery, or operating models • Solid knowledge in managing complex IT transformation projects, ideally in the SAP environment • Interest in innovative technologies and initial experience with generative AI, automation, or digital productivity solutions • Analytical and structured way of working • Strong communication skills • Very good German and English skills
