📋 Description

• Combine sales, demand, inventory and production planning on a central, AI-powered platform to increase supply chain resilience • Support the technical lead in further developing the SAP landscape as the first internal hire in the SAP IBP area • Bring external consulting expertise in-house • Work closely with operational procurement (MM) and sales (SD) and translate their requirements into IBP logic • Support the subject-matter lead in preparing and delivering training for newly implemented features and customizations • Be the primary contact for innovation, digitization and optimization in the SAP IBP area • Support 8 SAP colleagues with customizing, debugging, testing and rollout • Partially or fully take on the technical leadership of subprojects

🎯 Requirements

• You are resident and registered in Germany (main residence) • You have completed a degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Logistics • You have at least 8 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning • You understand how logistics work in practice (e.g., supplier delays, seasonality, stockouts) • You have at least 2 years in a role where large IBP implementations or complex rollouts were delivered end-to-end (design, testing, go-live) • You have at least 3 years of full-time employment with the same employer • You speak fluent German (at least C1) and good English • You enjoy traveling to the headquarters near Berlin for onboarding, company events and workshops (travel time counts as working time) • Ideally you have experience with SAP S/4HANA • Ideally you have experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) and knowledge of how to post planning data back into ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA)
