Aivisory is a German AI consulting and implementation partner that helps manufacturing and industrial companies in the DACH region adopt and operationalize artificial intelligence. They provide end-to-end services including AI strategy and roadmapping, targeted training, 3-month pilot projects producing functional prototypes, production-ready AI software development, and ongoing model monitoring and operations. Aivisory combines experience from IT consulting, data science, and software engineering to drive measurable business value from AI and to integrate solutions into clients' existing IT landscapes.

📋 Description

• Independently design and develop AI architectures tailored to individual client requirements • Lead and execute AI projects: from initial requirements analysis to production rollout; depending on project scope, this may include close collaboration with our offshore development team • Prepare and conduct technical workshops, e.g., to identify AI use cases with clients and derive technical roadmaps • Evaluate and select suitable AI technologies, models, and tools for concrete business requirements • Advise clients on technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainable integration of AI solutions into existing IT landscapes • Translate complex technical topics into functioning, secure, and sustainable AI products • Continuously learn about current developments in the AI field as well as new technologies, frameworks, and approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a comparable field • Professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally in (IT/AI) consulting or a similar environment with direct customer contact (including internal customers) • Solid technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, common frameworks, and modern cloud and software architectures • You do not see yourself exclusively as a developer, but want to apply your technical knowledge to develop AI-driven solutions and advise clients strategically and technically • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with a confident presence • (Initial) experience preparing and delivering (technical) workshops or trainings is an advantage • Excellent communication skills & team-oriented work in German and English • Occasional willingness to travel to support clients on-site when needed • Ideally you live in Berlin — if not, the role can also be performed remotely across Germany
