📋 Description

• Analyze customer processes and identify automation and Conversational AI opportunities • Develop voice and chatbot solutions, as well as technical solution designs • Select and evaluate suitable Conversational AI platforms and technologies • Configure, test, and optimize prompts, dialogue flows, and bot performance • Integrate customer systems through APIs and interfaces • Implement technical requirements using JavaScript and Python • Support projects from technology evaluation through go-live • Create technical documentation and develop best practices and prompt libraries • Collaborate with customer IT teams, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Analyze customer requirements, identify AI opportunities, and deliver hands-on technical implementation • As a global leader in digital business process outsourcing, TP supports renowned clients with customer service and digital process solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role • Experience implementing voice or chatbot solutions on widely used platforms • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI • Good knowledge of JavaScript and Python • Experience with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces • Understanding of automation opportunities and customer processes • Experience in a CX/customer service environment is an advantage • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for exploring and advancing new technologies • A traditional software development or IT architecture background is not required; the focus is on customer process analysis, technology selection, solution design, and technical implementation
