📋 Description

• Support customers with technical questions and the use of Lexware desktop products • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the software solutions • Provide support with network issues affecting the use of Lexware desktop products • Handle customer inquiries from this renowned client professionally • After comprehensive training and onboarding, work as an Operations Customer Expert

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Lexware desktop products • Experience providing customer service and technical support for these products • Good knowledge of networks and networking technologies • Systematically analyze technical issues and develop appropriate solutions • Clear communication and a customer- and service-oriented approach to work • Completed IT training or a technical degree, such as IT specialist training, is an advantage • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C2 level)
