📋 Description

• Support customers with technical questions and the use of Lexware desktop products • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the software solutions • Provide support with network issues affecting the use of Lexware desktop products • Following comprehensive training and onboarding, professionally handle customer inquiries for a well-known client

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Lexware desktop products • Experience providing customer assistance and technical support for these products • Good knowledge of networks and networking technologies • Systematically analyze technical issues and develop suitable solutions • Clear communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented approach • Completed IT training or a technical degree, such as training as an IT specialist, is an advantage • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C2 level)
