📋 Description

• You primarily manage our French-language social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels • You moderate comments, messages and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube • You work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed shift schedule • You have good judgment, which you apply to content moderation and generating feedback • You are willing to work weekends and public holidays as required by the rota

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level French and very good to fluent German, both written and spoken. English skills are a plus • Ideally resident in Germany • At least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-focused environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing or community management) • You share our passion for offering customers the best products and service • You are curious and enjoy actively nurturing our community • You demonstrate a high level of ownership, reliability and attention to detail • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable working flexibly from a smartphone
