📋 Description

• You manage our social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels • You moderate comments, messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube • You work independently and reliably according to a jointly agreed shift schedule • You apply sound judgment to content moderation and feedback generation • As part of the shift schedule, you also work weekends and public holidays

🎯 Requirements

• You speak German, English, and French fluently • You are based in Germany • You have at least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-focused environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing, or community management) • You share our passion for providing customers with the best products and service • You are curious and genuinely enjoy actively engaging and growing our community • You demonstrate a high degree of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are comfortable working flexibly from your smartphone
