📋 Description

• Independently manage and develop the Amazon Seller business in Germany, with full P&L responsibility • Maintain and optimize content, listings, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion • Analyze markets, customer behavior, and competitors, and derive targeted performance measures • Actively manage growth and revenue targets based on data-driven insights • Develop new initiatives for the marketplace strategy • Monitor developments in e-commerce and Amazon Seller operations and implement innovations hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification—ideally in e-commerce, online marketing, business, or a related field • 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in the Amazon Seller business, from product setup and content optimization through advertising and performance management • In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, A+ Content, backend optimization, and reporting • Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data-driven insights • Experience with widely used industry tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Analytics • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a strong hands-on mentality • Team player with drive and enthusiasm for making an impact • Excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills in German and English
