📋 Description

• Develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists, and medical professionals • Coordinate the entire product development process—from the initial idea through a successful launch and beyond • Create precise, well-structured product briefs for the Graphic Design and Marketing teams • Own the end-to-end planning, prioritization, and further development of cross-functional projects • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information across all channels (B2C and B2B) • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and define clear USPs for our products in close coordination with the Marketing team • Create and manage labeling data in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Nutritional Sciences, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in Product Management, Quality Management, or Project Management—ideally in the food or dietary supplements industry • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Enjoy working as part of a team and communicate openly, clearly, and purposefully • Work independently and in a structured manner, with an agile and dynamic approach • Enjoy tackling professional challenges and are committed to continuous development • Willingness to pursue regular professional development and strategically expand your knowledge • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
