📋 Description

• As Lead for energy product management and the domain architecture of the TENTAC platform, you will shape the product landscape of the future. • You will develop a modular product toolkit for all business segments (electricity, gas, heat/district heating, water/sewerage) and be responsible for domain product logic, tariff models and price adjustment processes. • You will work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Delivery and customer teams to ensure the platform remains scalable, standardized and future-ready. • Build and further develop a modular product toolkit including product families, building blocks and variant logic for all relevant segments. • Define a standardized product and pricing logic including nomenclature, tariff types and governance for customer-specific extensions, as well as domain modeling of tariff types, operands/factors, account assignment and product-dependent billing control. • Take domain responsibility for the use of the UPIL to ensure clean product integration and contribute to integration and API concepts around the product configurator and UPIL APIs – with a clear “keep‑the‑core‑clean” orientation. • Design and establish robust price adjustment processes including rule sets, process steps and system support, and ensure end-to-end consistency with product changes and lead-to-cash. • Translate market, customer and project requirements into epics/backlog items and closely support implementation through to delivery. • Act as a sparring partner for Product Owners, Architecture and delivery teams; ensure domain consistency in the standard. • Optional: contribute to end-to-end scenarios with the Sales & Service Cloud V2 (e.g. sales processes, service functions, integration scenarios).

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as an architect or lead at the interface between business and IT (ideally in the utilities domain) • Very good knowledge of tariffing, product logic, pricing/condition models and billing control • Experience with UPIL or comparable product integration/configuration approaches • Strong conceptual skills: ability to translate complex requirements into standardisable models and actionable epics • Strong communication and facilitation skills in a setup with multiple roles and boards • Optional: experience with the Sales & Service Cloud V2 in a utilities context • Knowledge of product lifecycles, versioning, activation processes and sales periods • Experience with S/4 Utilities–related integration and architecture topics (product management, price info sources, price adjustment support)
