📋 Description

• Administer and monitor physical and virtual servers • Manage Windows and Linux environments • Administer storage, backup, and data recovery solutions • Monitor and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and communication links • Support access, user, and information security policy management • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems • Implement improvements to ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments • Support expansion, modernization, and digital transformation projects • Document processes, procedures, and environment configurations • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers • Participate in defining and implementing information security and governance best practices • Perform preventive and corrective monitoring routines for technology environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery • Experience administering storage and monitoring environments • Knowledge of information security concepts • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and management tools • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Organization and attention to detail • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactivity and ownership mindset • Teamwork and collaboration • Adaptability and continuous learning • Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or cloud certifications are a plus • Experience automating routine tasks using PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar technologies is a plus • Knowledge of Brazil's LGPD and information security best practices is a plus • Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) is a plus
