The International Trade House (ITH) is a bridge that connects businesses and facilitates trade deals between companies from different countries worldwide.

📋 Description

• Oversee all internal financial operations, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow under IFRS standards. • Lead the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements for multi-jurisdictional entities. • Ensure strict adherence to international tax compliance (e.g., FATCA, CRS) and manage regulatory relationships. • Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, processes, and risk mitigation strategies. • Serve as the trusted financial advisor for the company, managing complex transactions. • Provide expert guidance on the financial implications of international trade deals and logistics structures. • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive client transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in international corporate finance or a similar fiduciary environment. • CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional designation is mandatory. • Proven expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Expertise with advanced ERP systems and financial modeling. • Demonstrable knowledge of cross-border taxation and regulatory requirements. • Ability to exercise Absolute Fiduciary Discretion in all client and company matters. • Exceptional skills in Impeccable Client Trust-Building and communication. • Track record of success in Complex Problem Synthesis under pressure.
