• Own profitable growth across our Amazon business • Drive revenue growth, profitability, organic ranking, advertising performance, conversion optimization, promotional strategy, and marketplace health • Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify growth opportunities • Lead product-level business planning and develop execution strategies • Improve product visibility and organic ranking through data-driven strategies • Optimize customer experience and conversion performance with creative teams • Monitor marketplace health and proactively resolve issues • Build scalable processes and reporting frameworks • Present business recommendations to senior leadership • Identify automation and AI opportunities
• 5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace businesses • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, TACOS, ACOS, CVR, AOV, BSR, organic ranking, and contribution margin • Proven ability to diagnose product-level performance and identify growth opportunities • Experience managing agencies and external partners • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
