📋 Description

• Design and build scalable technology solutions supporting Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine • Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, focusing on internal APIs and infrastructure • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for high-scale environments • Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and implement solutions • Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability • Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews • Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices • Document technical solutions for cross-team collaboration • Help shape the backlog and connect technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production-grade applications • Strong backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS or comparable technologies • Strong frontend development experience with React / Next.js • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Solid experience designing and developing REST APIs • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability • Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices • Experience with observability and production systems, including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance bottlenecks
