📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Wholesale initiatives • Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes • Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets • Identify risks and roadblocks early and drive actions to keep programs moving • Translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans • Create communication and coordination across teams, clarifying ownership and accountability • Track milestones and deliverables and provide management with program status visibility • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies according to initiative needs • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve program execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end • Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience, with a solid understanding of its operational complexity and stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets • Hands-on experience working within a PMO or structured program management environment • Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail • PMP certification is a plus
