📋 Description

• Translate client briefs into concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction • Generate images and videos using generative AI models, selecting the most suitable model for each need • Iterate prompts efficiently, seeking the best possible result with the fewest attempts • Composite and finalize assets in After Effects, integrating AI-generated elements with traditional motion design • Edit videos while ensuring pacing, timing, continuity, and technical delivery quality • Maintain each client’s visual identity and brand guidelines throughout the entire process • Identify when a need can be addressed within Trakto and when it requires external production or post-processing • Keep up with the evolution of the generative AI market for audiovisual content and incorporate new models and techniques into the workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Seedream, Kling, or equivalent platforms • Advanced prompting expertise, including text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video workflows • Understanding of camera control, movement, composition, and visual continuity • Ability to maintain consistency of characters, environments, and visual identity across generations • Ability to select the right model for each need and iterate prompts efficiently • Understanding of AI as a production pipeline • Strong background in storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, and shot breakdowns • Knowledge of framing, shot types, camera angles, camera movements, and lighting • Ability to justify each scene within the narrative • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in After Effects • Knowledge of compositing, masks, tracking, keying, and integrating AI-generated elements with traditional motion design • Technical knowledge of formats, codecs, alpha channels, resolution, and frame rates • Working knowledge of Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools • Strong command of pacing, timing, cuts, transitions, basic audio, and finishing • Ability to maintain visual identity and brand guidelines when using AI • Ability to ensure brand consistency across different formats and campaigns • Ability to structure the entire pipeline, from briefing through delivery • Ability to make quick decisions regarding the most efficient techniques, models, and strategies • Curiosity and autonomy to keep up with new models, techniques, and trends in the audiovisual AI market
