📋 Description
• Managing and overseeing general ledger accounts and journal entries in QBO • Check if transactions are correctly categorized into the general ledger in QBO and in 1C • Posting payroll entries in QBO for 30+ employees • Apply VAT to 300 monthly invoices (mostly to non-resident customers) auto created in QBO • Perform account reconciliations excluding cash, supplier and customer accounts • Ensure compliance with IFRS, and company policies • Manage and oversee tax compliance, including VAT, payroll tax, and corporate tax filings • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports • Manage and oversee regulatory online filings compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in a global business network • IRFS certification • Bachelor or higher degree • Minimum B2 English level • Advanced Microsoft Office level • Experience in global accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.
