📋 Description

• Identify and target potential customers needing freight forwarding and logistics solutions • Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and satisfaction • Promote and sell air, ocean, and ground freight services • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements according to company policies • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless shipment execution • Maintain accurate sales, customer-interaction, and pipeline records in CRM tools • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations • Attend networking events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed to grow business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of business experience in a global business network • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain • Bachelor's or higher degree • Minimum B2 English level • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication and customer service skills • Self-motivated with ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software • Ability to travel as required • FIATA and/or IATA certification preferred
