📋 Description

• Identify and target potential customers in need of freight forwarding and logistics solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. • Promote and sell air, ocean, and ground freight services to customers across various industries. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customers' needs. • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements in line with company policies. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations. • Attend networking events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed to grow business.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of business experience in a global business network. • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain. • Bachelor's or higher degree. • Minimum B2 English level. • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and customer service skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. • Ability to travel as required.
