📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation. • Ensure smooth execution of shipments while monitoring transit times and delivery deadlines. • Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to manage shipping schedules and resolve issues. • Track and update shipment status, providing timely updates. • Prepare and review shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and communication. • Identify potential delays or issues in freight movement and implement corrective actions. • Work closely with internal teams to align freight operations with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of business experience in a global business network. • Minimum 2 year of similar role experience in a global freight forwarding network. • Bachelor's or higher degree. • Minimum B2 English level. • Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms. • Attention to detail. • Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and customer service skills. • Prioritize workload efficiently.
