📋 Description

• Freight Coordination & Shipment Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation. Ensure smooth execution of shipments from origin to destination while monitoring transit times and delivery deadlines. Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customer to manage shipping schedules and resolve any issues. Track and update shipment status, providing customers with timely updates. • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documentation, including waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Ensure all import and export documentation meets regulatory and customs requirements. Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate clearance and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and freight charges. Operational invoice customers. • Customer Service & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service and timely communication. Address customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve any transport-related issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term partnerships. • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential delays or issues in freight movement and implement corrective actions. Handle disputes, damages, and claims with carriers and insurance providers. Ensure shipments are properly insured and risk mitigation strategies are in place. • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, pricing, procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to align freight operations with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of business experience in a global business network. • Minimum 2 year of similar role experience in a global freight forwarding network. • Bachelor's or higher degree. • Minimum B2 English level. • Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms. • Attention to detail. • Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and customer service skills. • Prioritize workload efficiently. • Preferred Qualification: Holding FIATA and/or IATA certification
