📋 Description

• Own the architecture and delivery of scalable internal solutions (end-to-end, not just concepts) • Translate business needs into clear technical designs and working systems • Build and improve data pipelines, integrations, and automation • Establish clean foundations for data reliability, reporting, and operational tooling • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Germany and the US

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience building and delivering data/platform/process solutions, ideally in a fast-moving environment • Experience creating architecture from scratch with limited resources—combining existing tools/solutions and adapting them to fit specific business needs • Strong skills in Python and SQL • Solid understanding of data architecture, system design, and integration patterns • Comfortable working with ownership and autonomy • Fluent professional English (spoken + written)
