📋 Description

• Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms • Upload and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics • Test and ensure content displays and functions correctly across webpages • Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are met • Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives • Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard • Follow internal processes, procedures, and external compliance requirements • Provide support and cover for team members when necessary • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required • Deliver and administer content management services across a range of platforms for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office • Strong organisational and administrative abilities • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to follow processes while also working independently • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges • Strong project management and customer service skills • A keen interest in digital marketing • Native-level proficiency in a language other than English • Understanding of online marketing and web development principles • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or Ektron • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS • Bachelor's Degree application question
