📋 Description

• Play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of Commerce and Content systems for our customers • Design and execute manual test cases, as well as developing and maintaining automated test suites • Perform thorough manual testing (functional, regression and smoke) and accurately document test results and test coverage metrics • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks • Accurately identify, log, prioritize, and track defects to provide clear and concise reports to the development team • Work closely and proactively with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and embed quality practices throughout the SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in software quality assurance for enterprise-level applications • Proficient with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) • Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman or REST • Experience with responsive and native mobile application testing (iOS and Android) • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong understanding of the entire SDLC and methodologies (Agile/Scrum) • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for test execution • Knowledge of database querying (SQL) for data validation in back-end testing • Experience in the Digital Commerce or Content Management domain • Experience with Commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, commercetools and BigCommerce • Experience with Content Management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful and Builder.io
