📋 Description

• Serve as a legal expert on Philippine corporate, commercial, labour, tax, and regulatory law • Research and analyze Philippine statutes, regulations, jurisprudence, administrative guidance, and legal precedents • Review, annotate, and validate legal datasets, including contracts, legal opinions, regulatory materials, and statutory interpretations • Evaluate commercial agreements, corporate documentation, employment-related materials, and regulatory documents • Support AI teams in designing prompts and evaluation criteria for legal reasoning and drafting tasks • Review AI-generated legal responses and identify inaccurate citations, incorrect interpretations, hallucinations, or incomplete reasoning • Create or evaluate legal summaries, memoranda, contract clauses, and structured legal analyses • Monitor relevant developments affecting Philippine corporate, labour, tax, and commercial regulation • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product specialists to develop and evaluate high-quality legal datasets

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Attorney, JD/LL.M. graduate, Senior Legal Researcher, or experienced Paralegal with strong knowledge of Philippine law • Minimum 3+ years of relevant legal practice, research, drafting, or advisory experience • Strong understanding of Philippine corporate law, commercial contracts, Labour Code requirements, taxation, and regulatory matters • Excellent legal research, statutory interpretation, citation verification, and document drafting skills • Strong written English • Familiarity with legal databases, regulatory research platforms, and legal technology tools • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI data annotation is a plus • Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices
