📋 Description

• Validate candidates via phone call according to project requirements • Check candidates' availability for the project • Answer candidates' questions • Provide logistic information • Schedule candidates for session times • Send reminders to participants to minimize no-shows • Fill the session schedule days in advance • Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team • Communicate with potential participants via phone or email • Screen potential participants based on defined criteria • Conduct pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance

🎯 Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in Gujarati • Ability to adapt to the IST time zone • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed • Computer competency for data entry and production of reports and schedules • Ability to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve • Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and electronic media communication • Extremely detail-oriented • Experience working in a team
