📋 Description

• Monitor live virtual events from start to finish • Provide technical support to clients, presenters, interpreters, and attendees • Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and platform-related issues • Monitor event quality and proactively catch issues before they impact the event • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal production teams • Escalate technical issues as needed while keeping stakeholders informed • Ensure interpreters and other participants are connected and working properly • Keep detailed notes on issues and actions taken during the event • Stay attentive and available for the full duration of assigned events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to stay calm under pressure • Strong attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to multitask while monitoring live events • Reliable high-speed internet • A quiet, professional workspace • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or varied shifts based on event needs • Experience with one or more of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, BrandLive, Webex, Google Meet, or other virtual event platforms preferred • Experience in virtual event production, technical support or help desk, AV or live streaming, webinar moderation, or remote customer support preferred • Experience with interpreters or accessibility services is a plus
