• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories • In time submission of Large contracts through GEM Portals and various other government websites • Self driven to work individually • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management review • Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our energy products and services • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies • Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
• Minimum Experience 6-8 years especially working with Clients like EIL,PDIL,IOCL,ONGC,BHEL etc • Experience of filling online tenders for customers like EIL,IOCL,BHEL through GEM portal • BE in Mechanical or Chemical engineering. • Knowledge of types of heat exchangers • Heat transfer principles • Metallurgy • Mass transfer • Presentation • CRM • MS office etc.
