📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Technical Services team to support architectural space planning and design for international/local projects, together with cost estimating tasks. • 2D presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively. • Provide expertise in local and international estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. • Work efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables. • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to technical projects and specifications. • Support other departments as needed with technical expertise and assistance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years work experience. • Experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role is a plus but not required. • Proficiency in 2D and knowledge for 3D design software applications be a plus but not required (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes both local and international. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments. • Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is a plus.
