📋 Description

• Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons across various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google) • Build relationships: Persuade with strong communication over the phone and during in-person visits — your charm opens doors! • Product champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace so that the benefits for each salon are clearly visible • Deal closer: Lead negotiations confidently to successful contract signings and celebrate each win • Structured working style: Accurately document your activities in Salesforce and keep your pipeline constantly in view • Target-driven: Acquire 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communicator: You enjoy direct customer contact and convince through your conversation and negotiation skills • Sales experience: You have worked in sales before, ideally in field sales, and know how to win customers on-site • Team player with self-drive: Reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated • Personality: Courage, a sense of humor, respect, personal responsibility and a dash of charm • Language skills: Fluent in German — additional languages are a plus! • Digital affinity: New software and digital tools are not a problem for you but an exciting challenge
