• Make outbound calls to targeted companies in the compressed air and ambient air sectors. • Ask structured discovery questions. • Document all call results, notes, and lead data accurately in CRM or call tracking tools. • Identify and qualify leads that meet criteria for follow-up by the sales team. • Provide weekly summaries of trends, pricing insights, competitor names, and common market feedback. • Maintain professionalism, consistency, and a customer-friendly tone in all interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. • Comfortable making cold and warm calls. • Strong note taking and data-entry accuracy. • Ability to follow a script while still sounding natural. • Curiosity and willingness to ask probing, industry-relevant questions. • Basic understanding of industrial or technical products—OR willingness to learn (we will train). • Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.
